Do you offer members the opportunity to advance and rank in each discipline of their choice?

Absolutely, we offer professionally designed, proven, and tested ranking systems for each discipline. The best part is that you don’t need to be a competitor to advance in the rankings. You can enjoy all the benefits of any or all of the amateur sports programs we offer.

I have no experience with Grappling, Boxing, Wrestling, Kickboxing or any Martial Arts. Can I still train and become an active member at Kamikaze Punishment Foundation?

Absolutely! Many of our students have no prior training. In your first class, one of our experienced trainers will guide you through the fundamental skills necessary to participate. Every class we offer is designed to be accessible to beginners, regardless of their prior experience. We take great pride in nurturing absolute beginners from the very basics, helping to transform both mind and body. As you progress through future classes, you'll gain confidence and steadily improve your skill level.

Do I need to be in shape before I start training?

Not at all, as training is not a prerequisite; although being in good physical condition is advantageous, most students experience significant physical improvements simply through participation in the training. With regular practice, you will build strength and stamina both inside and outside of the gym. It is essential to consult with a doctor before beginning any exercise program.

Where to register for classes?

Free Trials and Class registration online with EZfacilty Mmember + App. to schedule an appointment. We prefer this method because, as a non-profit, we do not have the capital to support a full-time front desk staff member. This approach not only helps us reduce costs but also enables us to pass these savings on to the community members who register for our programs. Being a family-friendly facility, we have found this system to work very well for everyone involved.

I’m not sure if I want to join the Kamikaze Punishment Foundation. Can I try out a class?

Of course! We gladly offer a trial class to all new students.

Free trials and facility tours are by appointment only at EZfacilty Mmember + App.

How often can I train?

All registered members can enroll in any class programs on our schedule, allowing you to attend unlimited classes. Additionally, you may use open mat times to refine and enhance your skills further.

Do I have to take all the classes?

You don’t have to attend every class. We design the schedule so you can choose the disciplines you’re interested in and attend as many sessions as you wish. For kids’ Martial Arts classes, come as often as you can during the week. We understand that everyone has commitments outside the gym, so attendance is not mandatory for every class. We offer multiple sessions to accommodate various schedules, making it easy for everyone to participate at their convenience.

Are there women training at Kamikaze Punishment?

Our classes are open to everyone, and our amateur training programs see strong participation from women. We offer Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Fitness, Kickboxing, and Wrestling classes for all ages—from kids and youth to adults.

Do I have to compete to train at Kamikaze Punishment?

Not at all. In fact, that is one of the biggest misconceptions about Martial Arts Academies. Many of our students train as recreational athletes, aiming to improve their fitness, acquire new skills, or enjoy the personal growth that comes with practicing martial arts.

I want to train, but I can’t make the scheduled classes. Is it possible for me to do private training?

We encourage group class participation to foster a strong team environment. However, many of our trainers also offer private and semi-private lessons to accommodate individual needs. Please email us for more information. We understand that everyone's schedule is different, and we strive to serve the community at all times. If needed, we can make additional training options available upon request whenever possible.

I want to compete! When can I? Who do I talk to?

Competing is a crucial aspect of any sport, and in combative sports, it requires careful consideration. We believe that the first step in this journey is a conversation with one of our coaching staff members. We encourage anyone interested and committed to representing our club in competition to take this step. Our priority is to ensure that our students are physically and mentally prepared to face competition challenges safely and confidently.

This stuff looks really dangerous! Do people get hurt doing this?

The safety of our students remains our highest priority. Although occasional accidents may happen, the injury rate among our students is comparable to or lower than that of many other sports. We take pride in fostering an ego-free, family-oriented, fun, and fitness-driven environment where everyone can thrive. This commitment is what sets the Kamikaze Punishment Foundation apart.
