*The Ranking System*
The GBK method emphasizes teaching students how to effectively use their fists for punching, their shins for kicking, and their knees and elbows. In addition, students learn to maintain a defensive mindset, which helps minimize self-inflicted injuries during practice.
Throughout their training, students continuously strive to achieve their goals. Whether they are mastering the proper technique for a punch to the midsection or learning combinations of low kicks and punches, GBK students develop their offensive skills while refining their defensive abilities. Progress within the GBK system becomes evident once a student has mastered the basic principles.
Students often begin to notice parallels between the challenges they face in training and those they encounter in their daily lives. When this connection is realized, it can lead to significant personal transformation, resulting in improvements in their lifestyle and overall well-being.
