*The Ranking System*

The GBK method focuses on teaching students how to effectively use their fists for punching and their shins for kicking, as well as how to utilize their knees and elbows effectively. Additionally, students learn to maintain a defensive mindset, which helps minimize self-inflicted damage during practice.

Throughout their training, students are constantly striving to achieve their goals. Whether they are mastering the correct technique for a punch to the midsection or learning a combination of low kicks and punches, GBK students develop their offensive skills while perfecting their defensive skills. Progress with the GBK system becomes apparent once a student has mastered the basic principles.

Often, students begin to notice parallels between the challenges they encounter in training and those they face in their daily lives. When this connection is realized, students experience significant personal transformation, leading to improvements in their lifestyle and overall well-being.
